1. What is DELIVER.SG?
DELIVER.SG is an islandwide food delivery platform that aims to connect customers to restaurants all over Singapore. You can now enjoy your food delivered from your favourite restaurants, when you want it, where you want it!
2. What is the story behind DELIVER.SG?
DELIVER.SG is a brand under Blackwing Creatives Pte. Ltd., which primary is an F&B consultancy helping restaurants build their businesses. When working with a number of restaurants, we felt there is a huge gap in the market for islandwide food delivery and we decided to bridge the gap between customers and restaurants through the Deliver.sg platform.
3. How does DELIVER.SG work?
First, you choose the food from the restaurants that are listed on our platform, place your orders and make your payments via credit or debit card. The restaurant will start preparing your food and our delivery partners will proceed to the restaurant to collect the food and deliver it to the address that you have stated in the order.
4. How long does the delivery take?
We deliver within 90mins from the time of order, depending on the distance between the restaurant and delivery location. We highly encourage users to order in advance (because we all know the weather and traffic conditions can be unpredictable in Singapore).
5. Where does DELIVER.SG deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of Singapore except restricted places such as army camps, Jurong Island.
6. What are the delivery hours?
Our first pick-up is at 10am and last pick-up is at 10pm. We are aiming to extend these hours to be able to deliver breakfast and late night supper. Work is in progress :)
7. How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. And yes, we are working towards reducing delivery fees in the future as more orders come in. So do support us!
8. Can I self collect my order?
Yes, you can! At the checkout page, click on Take Away and proceed to collect your orders :)
9. Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order :)
10. I have a Promo/Referral Code. How do I use it?
First, choose the food you want to order and add it to cart. At the checkout page, you may enter the Promo/Referral Code to activate the discount.
11. What are the payment methods?
We only accept payment via credit cards/debit cards.
12. How do I track the status of my order?
Click on “Orders” and you will see the status of your orders.
13. Can I cancel my order or change my drop-off location after ordering?
Unfortunately, we do not allow that.
14. How can my restaurant come onboard DELIVER.SG?
